Green Building Expertise and Partnerships

ANR's extensive experience in rehabilitating more than 3,000 single-family homes throughout Southern California has provided us with a thorough understanding of construction improvements that will enhance the energy-efficiency of a home. In addition to benefiting the environment, these improvements can significantly reduce monthly utility costs, which is valuable to all homeowners or renters, particularly low-to-moderate income families who represent a significant portion of ANR's market. ANR is also proud to support the Let’s Share the Sun Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating solar installations in Third World countries.

In addition to a strong commitment to include energy-efficient elements in all of our own homes, ANR's partners with local redevelopment agencies and housing-related non-profit companies in order to assist these organizations in implementing green standards in the homes that they rehabilitate or build new. We are also experienced in the criteria of the Enterprise Green Communities Program, which is dedicated to building healthy, efficient, environmentally smart affordable homes.
