New 'Green' Construction

ANR has over 45 years of combined homebuilding experience, including the construction of award-winning green communities throughout Southern California. Among our notable projects is the Leighton Street Townhomes in South Los Angeles. This project was built in partnership with Enterprise Community Partners and featured the new construction of eighteen townhomes for low to moderate income buyers. The installation of items such as tankless water heaters, Energy Star appliances, drought tolerant landscaping, and low-flow plumbing fixtures created energy efficient residences with lower utility bills for its’ residents.
