Montelena

City of San Bernardino, 2006 - 2008

30 new detached single family homes within a gated community located in a low income census tract. Developed jointly with Phoenix Realty Group, a national real estate investment fund focused on the development of housing affordable to middle income families. 3-6 bedrooms; 1,858 - 2,701 square feet.

Allegro Collection I & II

City of Chino, 2005 - 2007

15 new executive-style detached single family homes. Single and two-story floorplans with 3-5 bedrooms; 2,973 - 3,142 square feet.

Meadowbrook Park Homes

City of San Bernardino, 2004 - 2006

41 new detached single family homes located in downtown San Bernardino, developed in cooperation with the City's Economic Development Agency. 23 homes reserved for sale to low-moderate income families. 3-4 bedrooms; 1,480 - 1,847 square feet.

Leighton Street Townhomes

City of Los Angeles, 2008 - 2009

8 small lot townhomes designed with solar/energy-efficient features, constructed for Enterprise Home Ownership Partners and sold to moderate income homebuyers. Project was one of the City's first to be constructed under the 'Small Lots Ordinance'. 2-3 bedrooms; up to 1,185 square feet.
